Plumbing in Macalester-Groveland

Bungalows and four-squares from before the war, most with one full bathroom that the whole household uses. That bathroom is usually the reason we are called.

What we see here

• Galvanised branches off newer copper mains

• Slow drains from long, flat runs under the basement floor

• Hot water that takes a minute to arrive upstairs

A second bathroom in the basement is often simpler here than people expect. We can tell you in one visit.
